New rule.
Nobody I like is allowed to have another birthday, until I'm back on speaking terms with alcohol. And really - who's the smartass who decided Kelly and Trudell should have birthdays a day apart?
In related-but-better news: The Downtown is actually a pretty cool bar. Very hip, dark and cozy. Somehow I'd never been in it until yesterday, even though it's on the same block as The Griffin and Beauty Bar. Yes, you do have to know where the actual door is, to get inside, which is... not the textbook way to run a public house, but who am I to judge?
